Education at NEIGB goes beyond the academics. It covers more than books, homeworks, tests and classrooms.
The school’s comprehensive extracurricular program is a key part of the NEIGB approach to education. We strive to create an environment that encourages students to pursue co-curricular activities with excellence and determination, knowing that only through expanding one’s horizons can true, sustainable growth be gained.
Our goal is to get students involved in “beyond the school’s walls” education at NEIGB by taking them on extracurricular journeys aimed at teaching them to manage their time, relieve stress, discover their passions and talents, and to be the best they can be in whatever activity they undertake.
Football at Gerard Field. Dance lessons and performances through the Folklore Club. Debating world issues in the Model United Nations. Basketball in the gym. Learning strategic moves in the chess club and through chess tournaments. Planting trees on and off campus. Sharing a meal together in the school cafeteria. Engaging in fundraising initiatives to benefit a community cause. Student life at NEIGB is indeed rich and full.
